Ride for PP

My Story

In June of last year, my brave and wonderful aunt Fiona (‘PP’) died of cancer. She was such a bright light, and an enormously important presence in my life. Her death has left a gaping hole in the worlds of all those that knew and loved her.

On the 26th May this year, I will be taking part in the ‘RideLondon’ bike ride, attempting to cycle over 100 miles to raise money for Cancer Research UK. My aim is to help this amazing charity in beating cancer through the provision of funding for scientists, doctors and nurses.

I would be eternally grateful for any donation, small or large, to help spur me on and reach my fundraising target for this wonderful charity. All funds raised will go to Cancer Research UK.

As so many of you will know first hand, cancer is a relentless and cruel disease which continues to devastate so many lives, and whilst there has been much progress made, there is clearly so much more to do. With your kind generosity, I hope to contribute to this invaluable cause in memory of my aunt and so many others taken from us by cancer.
