Twenty years after this photo was taken and we're still cycling together 😍

This time we're challenging ourselves by cycling just over 100km (60 miles) on the Ford RideLondon-Essex 60 to raise funds for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity

Arthur Rank Hospice supports people living in Cambridgeshire with an advanced serious illness or a life-limiting condition and those in need of end-of-life care.

Around 3,600 patients are cared for each year in the hospice, day treatment centre and in their own homes.

Their outstanding care is provided free of charge to both the patient and their families
