My Story

On the 26 May 24 myself and some of the Team UK from Invictus Games 2023 in Düsseldorf will be taking on the Challenge of completing Ride London-Essex in support of the Invictus Games Foundation.

I have been privileged to experience first hand the opportunities that the IGF support, competing as part of Team UK in both The Hague in 2022 and Düsseldorf 2023. The IGF provides support beyond the Games to the international Wounded, Injured and Sick serving and veteran personnel through the power of sport and forging a community, a family.

This is my opportunity to give something back by embarking on a challenge and raising awareness of the work that the IGF does to support and provide opportunities.
